Dry Skin cause, wrinkles, EyeCare and Health tips
Why people who works in the office tends to get older in appearance to those who work out of the office? Stress? Lack of sleep? Over loaded of work?
Have you wonder why?
Firstly, those who spends their whole day in the office sat in a stationery spot for a long period of time; thus less work out.
Second, they are in a dry air conditioning environment, which can cause your skin to dry up very fast. (Solution: use lotion and facial moisturizing cream)
Third, P.C. , laptops and all of the modern electronic devices (smart phones). Do you know that the light that emitted from the screen of your computer, TV and your smart phones will not only swell up your eyes (plus wrinkles around the eyes) and give you headache, it will also dries up your skin, a little by little. Even thou it's not that serious in a short period but accumulative over years make your face grow wrinkles.

Every ladies is worried that they will get a lot of wrinkles all around their faces.
